To ensure that every client is able to get in for their desired service, time and date, we have established a fair cancellation policy. We also provide confirmation through email and text message, at which time you can reschedule or cancel your appointment.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours OR same day of your appointment you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Clients late to an appointment are responsible for 100% of the reserved service.
In order to schedule an appointment, clients must provide credit card information to be kept securely on file. If the cancellation policy is not honored, the card on file will be charged accordingly. If the card on file is declined, you will not be able to book until the cancelled appointment is paid in full.
All cancellations must be made via the Vagaro app or by calling the studio at (508)455-2243. Please dot not send a message through Facebook or Instagram to make or cancel an appointment.
